Sloan Toyota is less than 2 miles from my home, it is walking distance. The Ardmore dealership is a 40 minute drive and it is well worth the drive for the excellent service. In addition to top the simple sales experience, the sales manager Bruce Daroff approved a tire swap (three original tires with 4K miles with the Goodyear Assurance Tires that we preferred...). The Salesman Mark Pantano went the extra 20 miles to deliver the 4 tires (winter/spare) from the trade in... Exceptional service and support. And the little things... Mark programmed some of our radio stations into the new car! The system orientation "Techie" was great......

A painted bronze statue of a butler offers a tray of candy as you walk into the dealership. The owner has a few life-size statues inside and outside the dealership that are worth seeing. The atmosphere is pleasant and the salesmen work as a team and I've heard the mechanics that inspect and repair their used and leased cars are excellent. New and used cars are a good buy here and if you tell them what you're willing to pay, they work with you. I bought a 2012 Prius without any money down and I have over a month before my first payment is due.

Ardmore Toyota never disappoints. I have been getting great service on all my Toyota's at both locations for many years. I especially like being able to drop off my vehicle the night before because the convenience of the shuttle makes picking it up a breeze. To date I have owned and had service done on a Celica, MR2 and Solara. On Feb. 16 it will be the one-year anniversary of my 2015 Rav 4 Limited which I purchased at Ardmore Toyota. It was my first “new” car purchase and the sales department was very accommodating. I feel I drove off the lot with the best deal in town. I love my red Rav and wouldn’t even think of getting it serviced anywhere else. Go team Toyota!

I've been dealing with this agency, Ardmore Toyota for 8 yrs. even though I didn't purchase my first toyota camry with them. They are cooperative, their service department is excellent (you don't have to wait forever in a line ), and if your car needs service which takes more than an hr. they usually drive me home and bring the car back to me if I don't have a ride. As a widow, I appreciate these extra services, and now a month ago, purchased my new Toyota Camry, and already am pleased with the car, like the fact that they have experts who explain the dashboard and GPS the first day, and then remind you to return if you have other questions, and they will be happy to work with you again. Occasionally you even get a call from the owner of the agency asking if you are satisfied with the work, and he means what he says. Nice touch.
