I rate this dealership a five star because they know how to keep customers happy. Their restrooms are always clean as are their waiting rooms. I experience excellent customer service in helping me pick out the vehicle to best fit my needs as well as helping me maintain proper maintenance on my vehicle. Paul is the guy who is always looking out for me in my best interest. He truely looks out for everyone who purchases a car from him. Wouldn't go though anyone else.

My brother came in to buy a used car after trading in his car. He ended up getting a great deal & great service from Paul Southard ! He worked and worked for us to make sure we walked out with the right car & what made sense. If I were to ever refer someone to buy a car it would be from Paul !

I have bought many new cars and have never had such a great experience as I did at Sheehy at White Marsh. My salesman, James Yee, was excellent and went above to see that I was satisfied. The manager, Michael Nicole, gave me an incredible deal with absolutely no pressure or hassle. I encourage anyone wanting to buy a new car to come to Sheehy. You will walk away more than satisfied.

Got a great deal, Paul was knowledgeable, honest and most of all respectful of my needs in buying a new car. Though I didnt want to trade my car in, this is my second car sold by Paul Southard. I needed a gas saver car due to my excessive driving. I would recommend anyone going to him!
