Mercedes Benz of Manchester is 166 miles from my home. There are 55 Mercedes dealers that are closer. The quality of their repairs, concern for their customers and excellent communication is worth the trip. I would like to thank Jon the service writer for his prompt service. I would particularly like to thank Jeff and Alvin for looking after my vehicle and doing all that is necessary to get me on the road again.

This is the one year service. I have bought the service program. The making appointment is easy, the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is done on time. Great service. 12/15/2020 We did second lease for a 2020 GLC300 today. Sales representative Chris is very helpful to find the right vehicle with functions we requested.
