South shore BMW has been fantastic to work with. I have had my x5 for over a year and a half and their customer service center has been amazing. Recently had a oil change and all I had to do was text Frank my service guy and I had appointment and a loaner without even calling. It only took a couple hours but it’s nice to have a loaner car just in case I couldn’t make it back before they close. Highly recommend and have recommended them to my friends. Thank you so much for always being a text or a call away.

Great service Edit: just came back for another scheduled service. I have an F80 M3. Once again the car was well taken care of. The video inspection was great, made me feel better about the undercarriage washes I do on a weekly basis to combat the salt / sand in NE winters - don't know of any other dealer that does that. I also had the car detailed and it looks / smells great. I will add some photos when I get a chance.

By far this has been the best car buying experience I have undergone. Although I had to wait nearly 4 months for my build, my service advisor Sean, was patient and informative throughout the entire process. Any concerns or comments, and he was easily available to help me out. He’s amazing at his job, passionate, and a true BMW professional and enthusiast. The finance and sales management team is also very accommodating and fair. I look forward to doing business with south shore again!

Excellent service. My BMW advisor Jane goes way above to answer my questions about the vehicle features. Most impressive of all after I made the appointment and they saw that a recall would keep the vehicle there for 6 hours they reserved a loaner without my having to ask.
