Recently had a oil change and all I had to do was text Frank my service guy and I had appointment and a l... oaner without even calling. It only took a couple hours but it’s nice to have a loaner car just in case I couldn’t make it back before they close. Highly recommend and have recommended them to my friends. Great service Edit: just came back for another scheduled service. I have an F80 M3. Once again the car was well taken care of. The video inspection was great, made me feel better about the undercarriage washes I do on a weekly basis to combat the sa... lt / sand in NE winters - don't know of any other dealer that does that.
