My fiancé and I recently purchased our first Porsche from the Cherry Hill location. Jackie and Marc were fantastic to work with! We have purchased multiple luxury vehicles over the years, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had! The highlights were being able to have a time period where we could make changes to our build, Jackie & Marc sitting down with us in person to discuss the build and see options on cars onsite, receiving pictures of our car being built at the factory, taking home an inventory car to ensure it would work on our driveway lip & garage, and having an awesome unveiling at delivery day. Professional, personable, and helpful. We can’t thank Jackie and Marc enough for making this the best car buying experience we’ve had! On delivery day we worked with Pete, in financing, who was as a pleasure to work with. He gave it to us straight, was honest, and did not try to upsell us. He asked the right questions to understand what would be the best recommendation for us based on our vehicles planned use. The only negative part of our experience was when we received a call from one of their finance guys, Ed. Let me preface this with, we have owned multiple luxury vehicles and always get PPF/ceramic coatings and tints. I was also a sales and delivery operations manager for a few years at a luxury vehicle company, so this industry is not unfamiliar to me. Ed called us to discuss financing options with the car and options for PPF/tints. Ed stated that he would be able to get our car PPF’ed & tinted before we pickup the car which would have been awesome. Until he said it would cost $10,000+, and that if we financed our car with Porsche he would lower the price. We later called the place they use for PPF/tints and quoted us half the cost. Between trying to strong arm us into purchasing $20,000+ in extras, using scare tactics, and being very unknowledgeable about products we let Ed know we were not interested at all, we would instead pay cash and get our cars PPF/tints done elsewhere. It sounded like I was talking to a used car salesman, not someone who is expected to represent Porsche. Ed proceeded to hang up on us. All that being said, we would still give Porsche Cherry Hill 5-stars. We are looking forward to purchasing our next Porsche from Jackie, Marc, and Pete!

This weekend we purchased a Cayenne GTS Coupe . This was our first car we have ever purchased at this level of vehicle. Megan was our sales person , she is welcoming , well versed in all the vehicles , and was primarily the reason for this purchase. Ed Ross made finalizing the purchase easy and spent the time we needed to get the car done for us . I would not hesitate in recommending Porsche of Cherry Hill . First let me say that I rarely leave reviews, but I could not let this opportunity pass by and not share the exceptional sales experience I received from Cherry Hill Porsche; specifically, my brand ambassador, Kyle D, and business manager, Ed R. Last month (June), I took delivery of a 2024 Taycan CT4S, and Kyle and Ed could not have been more professional and patient with closing the deal. I have purchased many new cars prior to working with CHP, primarily BMWs, but I have never scored a deal like this. I literally was speechless as I left the dealership after taking delivery.
