I worked with a fantastic dealer named Dustin. He knew his stuff and was able to answer all of my questions. He had an amazing personality, great sense of humor, and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I had the best car buying experience ever at Mall Chevrolet. Rowland Haines was my sales representative. He listened to my concerns and worked with me to get me into a 2018 Sonic. He even called his auto insurance contact in an attempt to find me a better rate. I would also like to acknowledge my initial contact at Mall Chevrolet, Debbie Robles. She is the reason I was there in the first place. She and I had been conversing via text for months. She also listened to my concerns and was patient with me because my plan was to wait until next year to buy. However, when my old car began to show signs that the end was near, I sent Debbie a text, explained my concerns, and had an appointment scheduled for two days later. I wavered a bit, but Debbie’s compassion and understanding made me feel better about my situation. Now I have a new car that I absolutely love. I highly recommend Mall Chevrolet.

Sales Associate paid close attention to details for my vehicle preferences, as well as, able to thoroughly explain all of the vehicle features before sending me off to take a test drive. What really impressed me was the fact that the Sales Associate was patient, available and not overly aggressive during my decision making process.
