I just returned from a 1000 mile road trip along Route 66. It started with the purchase of a 2020 Dodge Ram Laramie from Melloy in Albuquerque. I was helped out by Mike Calvillo and Dominic Gonzales. I couldn't find exactly what I wanted locally so I cast a wide net. Of the dealers I negotiated with, I think Melloy gave me a very fair price, including adding a brake controller for towing. The reason I am taking the time to write the review is, I greatly appreciate that they followed through on everything they said they would. It couldn't have been easier. As a matter of fact, they even picked me up at the airport, with my truck ready and gassed up. I fully expected there to be some glitch, but there wasn't. I am completely satisfied with the service they provided. My son and I got to see the Grand Canyon and experience old Route 66, and I am now the happy driver of my new truck with all the options I wanted. I would recommend them and would do business with Melloy, Mike, and Dominic again.

Had to take my truck in because the CE light came on. They ran it and said it needed a software update. Told me it would be about 30 minutes. It took a little longer than that, but the waiting area is nice. Lots of tables, coffee, sodas and water. The staff was really nice and my truck was out soon enough. Not bad for a Saturday morning and lots of vehicles in the shop.

I called 4 times over the course of a week and asked just to speak with a service advisor. No one returned my calls - after a week and 4 calls, you would think they would at least have returned one of them. VERY poor service. I'm going to try to find another Dodge dealer ---- UPDATE ---- I finally spoke with Jason, the service manager and he was excellent. He helped a lot to identify the issues. I guess the problem was due to their reduction in staff during the pandemic and now they are ramping up again with phone issues. I'll give them another shot since Jason did a good job.
