Went into the dealership. I was greeted by a man named Scott. I told him I was looking for a new RDX. He immediately told me he "doesn't sell new cars". At first, I was very off-put, but then Ralph approached me and EVERYTHING changed! He made my experience so pleasant. I will HIGHLY recommend him to everyone! I would suggest, however, somebody tell "Scott" being rude is just stupid, because we did end up with a previously owned car but I would NEVER deal with him!!!

First off i never write reviews and I live in Waterford ny and it's a considerable distance to New Jersey . I viewed a 2010 370z anniversary edition online and left a email for someone to contact me .I received a call the following day. They took there time to answer any questions and I had a few. I decided to make the trip to New Jersey to take a look at this vehicle and I was not disappointed.It was everything they said it would be. I decided to purchase the vehicle that day. one important thing to me was they were not in a rush to sell me this car they only gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision..i would highly recommend them..thanks guys love the car..

Paul was extremely helpful and made my entire car buying experience so smooth! He was able to get me the car I wanted , for the payments I wanted and I was in and out of the dealership in about 1 hour. I love my new car and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service I received.

I have finally found a professional and knowledgeable salesman that makes buying a car an actual pleasure. Who would have thought this possible? Adam Rottenberg treated me as I was family. He helped me through all of my dilemmas and allowed me to test drive as many cars as I wanted. I found the car of my dreams in the end and it just so happens to be the one that Adam suggested for me in the beginning! Recently I purchased a previously owned Lexus RX 350 from this dealership.My 1st interaction with Internet Sales Manager Victoria was great. She was very friendly & professional without being pushy. She set up the appointment for me to meet with Anthony Izzo. When I met with Anthony I found him to be informative & very helpful. He was well prepared and answered all of my questions. He walked me through the process and took me out for a test drive. He then directed me to Ryan VanHara. Ryan was great to work with and he discussed the different options I had with financing the vehicle. Overall, I found the dealership to be a very well run operation and a pleasure to work with.
