I was refer to Moe by a friend. Moe has been on top of everything since i dropped off the car to the dealer providing me with great service and updates on my car. I would highly recommend him has a service adviser. Moe checked for all the recalls on the car if any open. Great service will bring my car back. I was treated like family. oh gosh no answer in the service department. If I am able to get through to them I will leave my review after the service is performed. I had good service from Moe in the past. ONE YEAR LATER AND THEY HAVE BEEN PERFORMING MY VEHICLE SERVICE ON A REGULAR BASIS. THE LAST VISIT THEY CORRECTED AN INDICATOR LIGHT THAT CAME ON AND DID A PRE-TRIP VEHICLE INSPECTION AND WASHED MY CAR ALL FOR FREE. I FEEL THAT THEY ADDRESS MY CONCERNS AND KEEP MY VEHICLE IN TOP RUNNING CONDITION. MOE IS EASY TO WORK WITH.

I appreciated Ryan’s follow up and updates regarding the status of our Jeep. He worked with us well and was on top of his game. He also made sure the repairs moved along quickly. Best service rep I have worked with to date.

Quick response to assist with first service of new car. Friendly staff. Offered services to keep overall costs down. Offered Uber due to service taking a few hours. Would give 5 stars if oil change could have been done within an hour or so.
