Paul Martin communicated extremely well with me on the service needs for my Explorer. Explained things clearly and sent me pics of my car as it was being serviced. Very attentive and great service!

This is my third time at Herb Chambers and my second time working with Brandon and as always I'm completely satisfied. I drive more than an hour to Braintree even though there's a ford dealership within a mile of my home. I do thus because of the level of respect and kindness I am treated with each time I go. I always leave feeling as though I was treated fairly and not as though I was taken advantage of.

Very professional sales team.Mark was very knowledgeable of the product and answered all questions accurately and precisely.....Guillaume was great to negotiate with and responded very professionally and courteously. Tony Torpes in financing was very honest about his numbers and answered all my pertinent questions regarding my purchase.....overall a score of 10 and a highly recommended to all parties. Service dept. personell were very welcoming upon my introduction to them by Mark Diamond. Thank you for a pleasant experience and I will highly recommend all to my friends.

Had a flat tire with a nail in the sidewall. Dropped the tire off at the end of the day and a new one was ready first thing in the morning. They mounted and balanced the tire and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Andy is an outstanding asset to the Herb Chambers team.

I had a very good experience at Herb Chambers Ford. I went in there to purchase a new car and everything went very well and I was able to take the car home that very day. My wife was with me and we were offered refreshments on numerous occasions. We were very impressed by the operation and would use this dealership again
