I went to Lexus of Silver Spring, like many others, looking for a reliable vehicle. Upon arriving in the parking lot, I was greeted by Kevin Handy. He was very professional and had a great disposition about himself. Working with Kevin was like working with a friend. He listened to me and was attentive to what I said my budget was. He helped me to shop for a vehicle within my price range and allowed me to test drive the car of my choice. While I did not take possession of the car the first day that I went to the dealership ( Saturday), that entire weekend, I kept thinking about that car. I sent Kevin a text message on Sunday, on his day off, and he quickly responded to me to assist me with the application process. Throughout the process, he kept his word, his professionalism, and his attentiveness. The service that he provided from beginning to end was excellent !! I am truly thankful for him and the Lexus team (I can't remember all of their names but they know who they are). I love my new car!

Wonderfully divine and awesome experience! Shell Lewis was great. Shell arranged for me to be transported from my home (32 miles away) to the dealership. He made me feel comfortable and informed. Shell showed me the history of ownership and service and maintenance on my 2016 RX 350 AWD before I actually went to view the vehicle. Offered me a deal that was hard to turn down. Thanks Shell!
