!!!!!!!!!!! I went in just to look at cars and the sales people were friendly and not like the typical dealerships that annoy you. They worked with me to get me into the car that I wanted and made car shopping really easy! I would recommend any one looking for a vehicle to go to Graff!

Matthew Eisinger did a great job when it came to delivering my 2003 Silverado. He went out of his way to meet us half way between Lansing and Bad Axe. I was in Lansing at the mall one weekend and my 4-wheel drive went out. I contacted Graff Chevrolet, Okemos and when I explained I was three hours from home, they got my vehicle in for service right away. The salesmen and service personnel are fantastic! I will buy from and recommend Matt Eisinger and Graff Chevrolet, Okemos before any other dealer.

Amazing service I'm new to the area and was shopping around to different dealerships. I went to Shaheen and was ignored. No one waited on me and blatantly walked past me and avoided me like the plague. Sundance tried to get me to sign over my first born before they would let me test drive a car. And the pressure to buy was constant and non stop. Graff is near my home and work and I drove over during lunch to get an oil change (1st time) and took a stroll through the lot as I was waiting. I was immediately greeted by a nice young man who knowledgeably answered all of my questions and gave me the trade in value of my wife's vehicle. I called her and immediately told her that he would be calling to set up an appointment with the young man (his name is Chase V.). She was impressed that he called that day and made sure that it was a good time to talk (we are all busy now a days) and set up a test drive the following day. Not only did Chase take his time going over all of the features for my wife (she knows how to start it and maybe gas a car up), but he called that evening to do a follow up. We did not buy that evening, but our lease is up next month and we will be back to see Chase at Graff for this and all future automobile purchases. Thank you Chase and Graff for such knowledgeable sales staff and a willingness to go the extra mile to EARN a customers business.
