Crystal was a pleasure to work with. She was patient with my car buying process and I never felt pressured, even though I came in multiple days may popping in. I came in on Tuesday for a test drive. Wednesday for my dad to look at the vehicle. Thursday for an appraisal of a vehicle I would trade in. Friday for my daughter to look at the vehicle (since it was for her), and ultimately purchased that day. Saturday I came in to actually turn in the trade in. So almost a week process, but it was my choice, and Crystal was helpful every step of the way. Additionally, I needed a shuttle back and Bob from service drove me as their normal person was unavailable. I appreciated the personal attention to get me where I needed to be.

After many months of research, we decided o call and come 40 miles to see an expedition. LaQuisha was absolutely a pleasure. She knew her stuff, was respectful and very professional. We then met with the used service manager, and the financing lady. Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable and confident that we were making the right decision, even though the cost was higher than we expected.
