I just bought a used 2013 G37x sedan here, and my sales associate, Jonathan Stanhope, was amazingly nice, incredibly knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Most car salesmen I've dealt with have been very pushy, trying to sell you only what they want to sell you (usually whatever they've had the longest, or have the most of in stock), and getting you to make the purchase right then and there. Jonathan took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for, and then showed me only cars that I would be interested in. He also seemed perfectly comfortable letting me shop around first, and make a purchase on my schedule. Overall, it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had, and my girlfriend and I will definitely be back when it's time for her next new car.

After considering various small luxury SUV's, I went to see the new QX50, and quickly became very interested. Henry Rodriguez, the Sales Consultant who worked with me, was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. After a test drive, And a couple of days thinking about it, I returned to lease the car for three years. This was the part I dreaded, but it turned into the most pleasant trade in/car- buying experience I've ever had, and I felt as though I got a really good deal. I cannot speak highly enough of the sales team at Herb Chambers Infinity of Westborough, and Henry Rodriguez in particular. I will not hesitate to send friends and relatives there.

I recently purchased my Infiniti from Avein Watson, with the help of Anthony Fortes and Christian Uracca. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised with the attention, courtesy, honesty and overall professionalism from each of these gentlemen, upholding - if not surpassing - the standard that Mr. Chambers expects of his team. Like most buyers, I don’t necessarily look forward to purchasing a car. I live about 40 miles from Westborough, yet due to my recent experience with Avein, I will now plan to make my future automobile purchases from Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough. Great salesman, Henry took the time to review over 10 vehicles with me. I ended up with the QX50- he reviewed all the bells and whistles with me and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. If you're in the market for a high-end vehicle and want the top of the line go see Henry.
