After initially stopping by Mercedes of Gainesville and receiving the worst customer service, I was able to completely relax and feel at ease with the friendliest and most helpful of people at BMW of Gainesville. Both Bonito and Bobby went above and beyond during my visit and, even though I didn't make a purchase, I will definitely be coming back when they have the car I'm looking for. I would recommend this dealership, and specifically Bonito, to everyone and anyone in Gainesville.

I was in the last months of my lease of a 2010 Subaru and was in the market for a new vehicle. Researching online I was looking for a car that was practical and fun to drive. BMW kept showing up in my searches. A co-worker suggested Gregg Green at BMW of Gainesville (she purchased a 330i several years ago). When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by several friendly people including Bobby Watts that I found out later was the General Manager of the dealership. I must say that Gregg and Bobby worked with me and in the end (2 hours after their closing time on a Saturday) I drove off the lot with a brand new beautiful BMW 328i at a great price. As a bonus Gregg offered and got the car tinted for free. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will definitely do business with them in the future.
