The service manager was kind, considerate and completed repair in record time after receiving the needed part. He also dealt with warranty company and went above and beyond what was expected to have them agree to waive the deductible.

From the first contact to the delivery of the vehicle, all parties involved at Mayse did an excellent job of follow through and I received my vehicle in a very timely manner. I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee sight unseen, only doing facetime w... ith the salesman, John. Everything they said it was was true.
