Jake did a great job helping us! We test drove the new 2023 crv hybrid sport and nothing else compared. He knew everything about the car and was always available for questions. The process was very easy, and they worked with us to make sure we could afford our dream car. The car has been amazing so far and we're very happy with our purchase and experience.

I have been going to Piazza Honda of Pottstown since 12 years and bought 6 Pilots & 2 Honda Civic new ones. Last month my Civic got total after an accident. I went to Piazza to buy a new Civic Sport but nothing was in the lot. Sale Manager Brent called me in his office & order a new one. He told me I will get an update soon with ETA. It took 20 days to pick a car from the order day which was very exceptional. Brent & Nancy are both very helpful & excellent throughout the process. This is my 3rd Honda I have purchased at Piazza and my 5th Honda overall! I want to thank Jake for his knowledge and exceptional customer service in helping me purchase my 2023 Honda Accord EX. I am not an easy customer and somewhat demanding, so his patient was much appreciated. Both of the managers (Brent and Steve) jumped in where needed to help facilitate my needs and pricing requirements. I also want to shout out the parts department (Quinn) for expediting all the accessories that I ordered. Heather, in finance, was fantastic as always! Finally, Brian in the service department did a great job making sure all the accessories ordered were installed and handled my many questions with care.
