I have been going to Piazza Honda of Pottstown since 12 years and bought 6 Pilots & 2 Honda Civic new ones. Last month my Civic got total after an accident. I went to Piazza to buy a new Civic Sport but nothing was in the lot. Sale Manager Brent called me in his office & order a new one. He told me I will get an update soon with ETA. It took 20 days to pick a car from the order day which was very exceptional. Brent & Nancy are both very helpful & excellent throughout the process. Jake did a great job helping us! We test drove the new 2023 crv hybrid sport and nothing else compared. He knew everything about the car and was always available for questions. I can’t say it enough “Ask4Nancy” #Ask4Nancy. She was amazingly helpful with my car buying experience.. she accommodated my weird schedule while my son was in the NICU and got me such a great deal and exactly what I wanted… the dark gray pilot… yes with the black wheels! And now after my parents were in an accident Nancy to the rescue to get a Ridgeline for my picky father. She just makes it happen. If you need a car or there’s something you want… Ask For Nancy! If you are new to the car buying business like myself go to Cole Parkinson from Piazza Honda of Pottstown for your next new or used car. Cole made my car buying experience very comfortable and easy. Additionally, the entire Piazza Honda team was warm welcoming and very helpful. I have never been able to purchase a car without being in the dealership for hours.
