Everyone was incredibly nice and hospitable. Anthony Cole was exceptional. When I picked my car up I brought a flier with me which had a discount off service. He was very nice and patient as he had to re-work my paperwork.

Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They explain things to me the best that they can so I understand what they did to my car. Having a shuttle driver helps me out a lot. Thank you for your great service!

Pretty long wait for annual maintenance, this year, and it’s expensive, being Mercedes. But overall I’m satisfied, and I like my car. (Still not happy about run-flat tires, though.) Don in Service is friendly and explains things well.
