I recently received delivery of my leased GLC upon taking advantage of the pull forward program MB had been offering. I leased my last 2 vehicles through MB Manhattan, and had been unhappy with the lapses in customer service and communication I had been receiving. I was referred to Ian at Ft Washington and could not be happier. He helped navigate frustrating issues with my insurance the day of delivery to ensure I would receive the vehicle as scheduled. I have recommended everyone to this dealership as a result. Ian helped to change my perception of MB back to good standing. Thanks again!

More thrust worthy than othe MBin the area I have had my share of expensive charges for job not performed On MB service in the area sometimes does not even look at the car charge LOT of money for no work

I knew the car I wanted i.e. color inside and outside. I spoke with Leslie Walker and within a few days he sent me pictures of the car as well as all the information on the car.
