Mark Roman, service advisor is the lesion you want for Chevrolet service. I’ve got a 20 year old 200 thousand mile Chevy that I do most of the work for myself. Unfortunately there are some things that require dealer specialty tools, and my key that wouldn’t turn is one of them. I felt extremely comfortable with expressing my need to just get it back on the road. Mark was incredibly understanding, patient, and honest. I was overwhelmed with the honesty and integrity, and will be a returning to this establishment when the date and time comes that I need oem parts or service. Couldn’t be happier with a low pressure, hand to heart repair job.

1st purchase October 2017 amazing 5 star . Went back November 2018 bought another vehicle for my wife . That vehicle has now been in service since June 17 2018. Would have hoped ownership would have been proactive in repurchase or replacement at this point. Mainly Chevrolet's issue not Jennings

Chris is very knowledgeable, he knows exactly what is going on with my car. He always recommends the best service for it. If the is no solution for the cars problems, he finds one, you can tell he works closely with the mechanics.

I had a tire that needed to be replaced and Chris “Mac” McElroy in the Service Department did a fantastic job. I have a separate insurance package included in my lease and Mac called the company for me to make sure everything was taken care of. He kept me updated throughout the process and made me feel well taken care of. Mac is another great example of the outstanding service I can expect at Jennings.
